Self Skin Care Certificate Course

上課時間(Time)       ：10:00am – 1:00pm 或(or) 2:30pm – 5:30pm

課程內容

A) 正確潔面方法(Cleansing method)

• 潔面所需用品(Cleansing products)
• 正確的潔面步驟(Cleansing procedure)

B) 自我皮膚分析(Skin diagnosis by own)

C) 護理品的認識、選擇與運用(Acknowledge, Selection & Usage of Skin Care Products)

• 不同護膚品的特點、功效和使用方法(The function & usage of different kind of skin care products)
• 如何正確選擇適合自己的護膚品(How to select the skin care products for own use)
•  如何利用護膚品自行護理保養(How to use the skin care product for own use)

D) 個人面部按摩技術(Facial massage by own)

• 面部按摩的步驟、手勢及力度(Procedure & movement of facial massage)
• 自行按摩手法(The method of self facial massage)

E) 如何護理及治療問題皮膚(How to treat the problem skin)

• 問題皮膚的分類及徵狀(Classification of the problem skin)
• 問題皮膚家庭護理要點(Home care for the problem skin)
